Initial Consultation:
We begin by getting to know you and understanding your unique style, preferences and lifestyle. Starting with a design questionnaire and a visit to your home, we take the time to listen to your desires, aspirations and functional needs. This is the foundation upon which we will build your Personalised Design Plan. We will then craft a proposal that outlines our understanding of your unique needs, ensuring that our design aligns perfectly with your vision.
Concept Development:
Based on the information gathered during the consultation, we will develop a Concept Design which reflects your style and needs for the space. This includes creating Technical Drawings (floor plans and elevations) with proposed furniture layouts, mood boards, concept boards, colour palettes, material selections, and more. We carefully curate a collection of images, materials and samples that align with your style preferences and functional needs. This will allow you to visualise the design and make informed decisions about the direction of the project from the beginning. We will maintain regular communication throughout the project, so you remain in control.
Project Development:
Once you approve the Design Concept, we move on to the Project Management phase where we will handle all aspect of sourcing and procurement of materials, furniture, and décor items for your project. We will coordinate with vendors and trade professionals, overseeing the scheduling, logistics, managing orders, coordinate deliveries and quality control to ensure that everything is executed according to the design plan. During this phase of the project, we will provide regular updates and communication, keeping you informed about the progress of your project.
Completion:
As the project nears completion, it’s time for the installation of furniture, furnishings and styling with accessories and any other finishing touches. We will style your home ensuring that every detail is perfectly placed to create a cohesive and harmonious environment. The final reveal of your transformed space can now take place.
